ALL STAGES OF THE RENOVATION
Introduction
Firstly, we meet our clients and get to know them.
We discuss needs and address any concerns
Any information that the client needs to know will be disclosed and we always offer guidance on design and best practices.
Having discussed all facets of the construction we will then prepare a quotation.
Second Stage
Once the quotation has been accepted we will attend site to assess requirements.
We will setup the site, plan for loading – out materials and provide security if needed.
We will meet the neighbours to reassure them that noise and disruption will be kept to a minimum and that they can always come to use with any issues.
The site will then be setup in preparation for the start date.
Third Stage
Once the site is prepared we are ready to start
We will arrive promptly at 7:30am on the first day, setting the standard for the project.
Throughout construction we will conduct ourselves with professionalism and will be polite and courteous to clients, neighbours and visitors.
We will supervise all deliveries and will organise all project tasks.
Final Stage
Once construction is complete we will meet with the client to check over the work.
We will discuss any issues and find resolutions with no complaints.
We are used to customers with high standards and have our own standards and reputation to live up to. You will always get a quality job.
